The heating doesn't work, what should I do?

If your heater is not working, here is the procedure to follow:

• Bleed your radiator.
• Check if the problem is house-wide on radiators in communal areas and with your flatmates.
• If an error code appears on your boiler, enter this code on the internet to determine the cause of the fault.
