If there is no wifi network, here is the procedure to follow:
Check that the wifi indicator is lit up permanently on your internet box. If this is not the case, press on it until the light is on permanently.
If your wifi installation does not have a console: turn off your box, wait 2 minutes and turn it back on, then wait a few minutes for it to reset before trying to reconnect. DO NOT TOUCH ANY OTHER EQUIPMENT (RAD, SWITCH, ONT, OPIOS ROUTER...)
