What to do if there is no ventilation ?

If there is no ventilation, here is the procedure to follow:

• Hold a sheet of toilet paper just below your VMC vent. If the sheet moves or sticks to the vent, then it is functional
• The cleaning of the inside of the CMV vents is the responsibility of the tenant. Dust build-up inside the duct can be a reason for lack of ventilation.
• If you have a humidity sensitive model, it will only be activated when there is humidity.
