It not fare to only provide one key for the door of our rooms. In case of unfortunate event of loosing/damaging the key we are not able to receive a decently quick response from the designated support phone numbers.
Why are we charged for a second key. If we can avoid a panic situation for the peaceful stay of co habitants, why not provide a spare key.
