Small furniture: I have damaged furniture, how can I replace it?

The maintenance of the furniture is the responsibility of the tenant (tightening of screws, cleaning of stains etc...), as well as the replacement in case of damage (please send us a request for references).
For the elements powered by electricity, check the electric plug/batteries/bulb, the replacement of these last two is at the expense of the tenant.
