The heating doesn't work, what should I do?

There are two possible cases of a heating malfunction:

Your heating is gas:
- Your heating is individual (you have a boiler in the apartment), in which case you must have the maintainer intervene as part of the annual maintenance that you have subscribed to for your boiler
- Your heating is collective, in this case it is managed by the co-ownership. You can send us a request to contact them directly.

Your heating is electric:
- If you have electric radiators, try lowering the corresponding circuit breaker on the electrical panel, then turn it up to restart the radiator.
- If this does not work, you can find the user manual of your radiator on the internet by mentioning the brand and the reference, or send us a request.

Attention: if after intervention it turns out that the defect was your responsibility, you may be billed for it.
