If there is no wifi network, here is the procedure to follow:
- Make sure the wifi light is on steady on your internet box. If it is not the case, press on it until the light is on in a fixed way
- Carry out the simple actions generally requested by the access provider: turn off your box, wait 2 minutes and turn it back on, then wait a few minutes for it to reset before trying to reconnect, check the connections, the status of the lights on your box and the meaning on the Internet
- If the above actions do not work, send us a request so that we can provide you with the necessary information to contact the Internet service provider

Attention: if after intervention it turns out that the defect was your responsibility, you may be billed for it.
