In case of bad wifi connection, here is the procedure to follow:
- Perform a speed test on the site https://www.speedtest.net/fr with another device than the one where the speed is slow If the speed is higher than 30Mb/sec, the problem comes from your device
- If your wifi installation does not have a console: turn off your box, wait 2 minutes and turn it back on then wait a few minutes for it to reset before trying to reconnect. DO NOT TOUCH ANY OTHER EQUIPMENT (RAD, SWITCH, ONT, OPIOS ROUTER...)
- If the above actions do not work, send us a request so that we can provide you with the necessary information to contact the Internet service provider.
Attention: if after intervention it turns out that the defect was your responsibility, you may be billed.
