What services are included with my shared flat?

Our shared accommodations are made up of shared spaces (kitchen, living room, bathrooms) and private spaces (bedrooms, bathrooms).

Our apartments are rented furnished and fully equipped. In this way, we make life easier for our tenants, who can settle into quality accommodation quickly and cost-effectively. As with any furnished rental, the tenant is responsible for taking out home insurance, as well as a boiler maintenance contract if the equipment is present in the apartment. Tenants are also responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of their apartment, including household chores.

Finally, tenants in shared apartments have access to a support service to assist them with all administrative matters.
