What is Flatshares at Colonies?

Our shared apartments are suitable for people looking for a comfortable private space within a shared apartment in order to live convivial moments with their roommates.
This type of fully-equipped accommodation is aimed at students and young professionals who want to live together in a comfortable space close to all amenities.
Our roommates are apartments located in urban areas, completely renovated and furnished by us. 100% functional, they accommodate between 3 and 10 roommates.
Within our apartments, we offer two types of private spaces:
- Room with shared bathroom
- Room with private bathroom
A private space includes at least :
- a sleeping area: a bed, a box spring, a mattress, a comforter and pillows (no sheets are included in the offer),
- a work space: table and chair,
- a dressing area: a wardrobe.
