What services are included with my Coliving accommodation?

Our coliving accommodations are apartments or houses made up of shared spaces (kitchen, living room, bathrooms, cinema room, etc.) and private spaces (bedrooms, bathrooms).

Our Coliving accommodations are rented furnished and fully equipped. In this way, we make life easier for our tenants, who can settle into quality accommodation quickly and cost-effectively. As with any furnished rental, tenants remain responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of their accommodation. To help them with this, Colonies provides a housekeeping service once a week.

Finally, Coliving tenants have access to a support service to assist them with all day-to-day issues (administrative, community, etc.), as well as a maintenance service for all technical matters.
