Private Spaces:

At Colonies, our private spaces are designed to offer you a cocoon where you'll feel completely at home.

In your room, you'll find a high-quality bed, ample storage, and a desk for working. A duvet and pillows are provided. We can also provide you with a set of sheets and towels (optional and charged separately).

In addition, studios come with a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, kitchen utensils, and sometimes induction cooktops.

T2 units feature a kitchenette and an additional room serving as a small living area, furnished to accommodate your guests.

Common Spaces:

We offer communal spaces that foster social interaction and allow for connections from day one.

In terms of kitchen and laundry facilities, all essentials are ready for use: from refrigerators to dishwashers, washing machines, and dryers, not to mention ovens, dishes, and utensils needed for preparing delicious meals.

Some of our residences also feature a garden, terrace, TV or projection room, swimming pool, barbecue, ping-pong table, or petanque court—choose the house that suits you best!
