Start by exploring our available accommodations and learning about the types of housing we offer ("Types of accommodation"). We provide rooms in coliving, flatshare, and private apartments in various cities across France, Belgium, Germany, and Spain.

Coliving: Private rooms with shared common areas (kitchen, living room, etc.).

Flatshare: Rooms in an apartment or house shared with other tenants.

Private apartment: A fully private space for you alone.

Each accommodation has a detailed listing with all the necessary information: equipment, services, pricing, etc. Don’t forget to check:

The type of accommodation (coliving, flatshare, or private apartment)

The location

The included amenities (furniture, appliances, internet, utilities, insurance...)

Whether there is a private bathroom and/or kitchenette

Once you’ve found the accommodation you like, simply fill out the online reservation form on our platform by clicking on "Book". You will need to provide some information and documents such as:

Once your request is submitted, our team will verify your details and ensure that all information is complete. If everything is in order, we will contact you by phone to finalize your request.
✍️ Sign the contract and payment
Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an online contract. You will need to sign the contract electronically and proceed with the payment of the application fee, the first month's rent, and the security deposit (if applicable). You will then be contractually bound.
