We use two kind of leases at Colonies :
The “bail résident” :
The Coliving lease is an individual lease for a primary residence and for one month, tacitly renewable, with no commitment of duration.
When you wish to leave the coliving you will have one month's notice.
The “bail 89” :
This housing contract is the most common contract in France and sets out the rights and obligations of the tenant and the landlord.
It is a single lease for a principal residence without solidarity for a period of one year, tacitly renewed, without commitment.
When you wish to leave the premises, you will have one month's notice.
