What’s included in the coliving rent ?

Included in the rent :

- Charges (electricity, water, gas)
- A fiber optic internet connection whenever possible, and if not ADSL broadband
- A support service, to manage all your administrative requests.
- A maintenance service, to manage maintenance issues in your coliving
- A home insurance
- Cleaning of common areas, once a week

However, each tenant must take out their own personal liability insurance.
