What’s the minimum lenght of stay for coliving?

We prefer long stays, i.e. more than 3 months.

France :
Our lease is with a one month notice, without commitment.

Germany :
The minimum rental period is 6 months. After that, you can either extend your lease or terminate it with a one month notice.

Belgium:
The lease is for a period of 6 months, with 3 months notice and without commitment. You have the possibility to renew this duration, one or more times, for a maximum period of 3 years.
