Is it possible to break the Colonies’ lease ?

You have signed your Colonies contract and you wish or need to change your mind?
You should know that it is possible to cancel your reservation, under certain conditions:
Less than 30 days before arrival: Colonies reserves the right to keep the deposit and the booking fees.
More than 30 days before arrival: Colonies will keep the booking fees and will return your deposit.
