In order for us to refund your deposit, we must have the following information and documents:
. Your IBAN
. Your inventory of fixtures on departure
. Your next residential address
The refund of your deposit is conditioned by the good progress of your inventory of fixtures at the end of your stay. Indeed, this document is essential so that we can compare it to your inventory of fixtures at the beginning of your stay and define its level of conformity.
In the event of an incident, the return of your deposit will take up to 2 months from your departure date. Otherwise, your deposit will be refunded within 1 month from your departure date by bank transfer.
You will also receive a balance of account detailing the amount of the returned deposit.
